Frequently asked questions

How do I place an order?

Create a doctor account and sign in. Open the product page, complete the order form, upload your case files and pay by card.

How do I pay?

By credit or debit card through Stripe, when you submit the order form.

Which files do I need to upload?

STL files and case images. For the Surgical Guide you can also upload DICOM files. For TAD expanders we recommend capturing the STL files with compatible scan bodies after TAD placement.

Can I order a digital file instead of a physical guide?

Yes. For the Surgical Guide, choose Digital File Only to receive a downloadable, 3D-print-ready file that you can print locally.

How do I follow my order?

Sign in and open My Account → My Orders. You will also receive an email each time the status changes.

What if the appliance I need is not listed?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please make sure the appliance can be imported under the regulations in your country.
